Here's a start
- You don't have to eat healthy all the time to stay slim
- You don't have to give up chocolate or cakes
- You don't have to go hungry to stay slim
- You don't have to exercise every day, but it's good to stay active
- Portion sizes are what matter the most provided you eat a reasonably healthy balanced diet
I also noticed a couple of things which no doubt help me maintain my weight
- Rarely eating after dinner
- Cooking at home most evenings
- Not putting extra sugar on cereal or in tea or coffee
- Not drinking much alcohol
- Not eating out much (and not choosing fast "pile it high, sell it cheap" food when I do)
My habits don't have to be yours - you can still get and stay slim as long as you have a set that keep you healthy based on your own life and priorities...
Anyone else like to take up the diary challenge?
That's a nice post on journaling. I find it very important myself to journal on a regular basis. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Cory,
I wish i could make myself keep a food journal all the time but I know I won't. Sometimes I keep a check on how much water I'm drinking. I need to at least do that again.
