There are lots of questions being asked about GI Capsules around the web as a result of a hard hitting advertising campaign arriving through letter boxes all over the country it seems.
As a weight loss coach I haven't seen any capsule - unless it's a prescription drug with documented side effects - help anyone lose weight without changing food and/or exercise habits.
Some people have noted in other threads here how the advertising does not ring true, that the experts and case studies are unreal but to be fair I have no idea whether the claims GI Capsules have would stand up in court.
All I can say is that if the product has any effect at all people who buy it will not be able to resist singing from the rooftops about how much weight they lost and how quickly. And in 2 weeks you'll not be able to hear anything else.
I would wait a while and continue with the food and exercise program your health deserves because it's my belief that like all those "miracle products" before it GI Capsules will not make anyone happy with their weight. Why not hang fire and wait and see?
Or if you can't resist the advertising, post and let the rest of us know how you get on :)
Hi Vid
if you want to stop a payment it will depend on the card you used and its terms and conditions and also the consumer laws in whatever country you are - better to ask. As far as I know in the UK you can only dispute a charge (raise a chargeback) if items were not received but you may have a case if they do not work as promised. I'm not sure. Check with your credit card company.
Good luck!

I have M.S so when the letter came in the mail advertising the GI capsule I was all set to send of the order as being in a wheel chair for the last 7 years I have put on a few extra kilos (30 or so) being unable to exercise, I am so glad I found this sight first, there's no way I'm sending a cent now I might just send their advettisements back so they get billed for the postage and seeing as I am in Australia I hope it cost's those buggers big. I hope others in similar situations do the same and keep there penion in their pockets

so glad I googled before buying. Depressed people with no will power will be suckered easily. I was nearly one of them. I am now writing to my editor of the local paper to warn my locals not to buy. thanks theresa.

So glad I Googled too. I just received the fan dangle enticing JUNKMAIL this afternoon and thank goodness remembered what my friend told me about googling all scam and wonderous things you might fall for, including money making from home scams. We are all smarter than this!!!
We don't have money to throw away, and if you do, throw it MY way and I will do something useful with it!!!
My advice is this. If you feel so down that taking a pill will help you FEEL better.... Go to the Chemist and buy a good brand Fat Metaboliser. This will kick start the body for fat burning. Eat a small salad with Sundried tomatoes, feta cheese, onion, olives, cucmber, cos lettuce, NOT that hopeless iceburge stuff... I never buy that,
and top it off with either extra virgin olive oil or my choice grapeseed oil, and lemon juice, salt and cracked pepper..
NOW doesn't that sound YUM!!!
You can have fish with it, chicken breast, octopus in chilly sauce and lemon juice, get the picture!!
DO NOT EAT WHITE BREAD - DRINK LOTS OF WATER!
AND...... Start enjoying the new you.
Hope it helps!!!!

Hi Theresa and Eloise
Thanks for your comments.
As you found out it's really worth doing a bit of research before you get pulled into buying any miracle cure diet pill like GI capsules.
You see if anything like that worked the success stories would be all over the web. Because we would all love to just take a pill and have the problem go away. It's human nature.
But it doesn't work and there are no success stories other than the ones the sellers put about. There are no miracle cures. And no tooth fairy.
Sorry - but whatever the ads say losing weight is up to how much you eat and how much you move - nothing else. Some ways are just easier to cope with than others. That's all. But whatever way you lose weight it's all up to you and not whether you take a pill or not.
You are your miracle cure!
