Great information! You are right on track with these activities. Most people, personal trainers included, still have it stuck in there head that it takes hours of boring cardio to drop bodyfat. This stuff is efficient!

I started doing circuits training and intervals 6 months ago and my dropped bodyfat and inches big time. Thanks for the circuit idea that I'll defnitely drop into my weekly routine. BTW - I tell all my pilates clients that they can't expect to lose fat or weight fast just by doing pilates. This will be a great resource to share with them. Thanks!

Cardio definitely helps. I run twice a week and even that small amount has made a tremendous difference - it's like it's turbo charged my calorie counting efforts :)
