Weight Loss on the Cards

241808_dunkin_donuts_0002 On my birthday card last week (thanks Jean Ann) - some "Rules of Dieting"

Never weigh more than your fridge
Blame any weight gain on faulty scales or heavy clothes
Eat a balanced diet - hold a donut in each hand
Eat broken cookies as all the calories have leaked out

and

Fatten up your friends - it will make you look thinner
