Janet Jackson's Weight Loss Secrets

Janet Jackson has just shed 4 stone (56lbs) to regain her former great shape. She had been piling on weight for a movie role that ended up being abandoned due to her recording commitments.

Imagine putting on all that weight deliberately and for nothing!

Anyway in true star style she had fitness and diet gurus devise some great regimes and then SHE ACTUALLY FOLLOWED THEM - result - successful weight loss!

Now how many of us have shelves full of diet and exercise books, collected over years of dieting? And how many of us have actually followed them? Result - no weight loss!

It takes a huge amount of dedication to change your shape fast but it can be done. On the other hand you could go the slower but simpler less movie-star-like route and just gradually change your lifestyle. It's not so dramatic but it works.
