Cookie diet
Apparently there’s a new commercial diet Halo Power Protein Cookie that consists of eating 8 cookies a day – each having 190 calories, 6 grams of fat, little carbohydrate and packed with protein. Ads claim “You can lose weight fast” – they would wouldn’t they.
Even if you continually get cravings for cookies, you wouldn’t after eating these things all day. First of all you’d be fed up eating the same old cookies and secondly, the tester thought they tasted terrible…..although she did lose 7lbs.

You'd do as well to include one or two of any low calorie cookie in your daily calorie allowance if you’d like to add a treat and go for a better selection of real food.....
